PDF reports and payment receipts in VyajPay

VyajPay generates four kinds of PDFs: a Customer Transaction Report, a Borrower Loan Report, a Wallet Report, and a Payment Receipt. All are A4, branded, and shareable through the system share sheet (WhatsApp, email, drive).

Android iOS

Four kinds of PDF

  1. Customer Transaction Report — Customer Detail menu → Download PDF Report.
  2. Borrower Loan Report — Borrower Detail menu → Download PDF Report.
  3. Wallet Report — Wallet menu → Download PDF Report.
  4. Payment Receipt — Loan Detail → Payment History → purple receipt icon.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the source screen

Customer Detail for a customer report, Borrower Detail for a loan report, Wallet for a wallet report, or Loan Detail → Payment History for a payment receipt.
  2. Tap Download PDF Report (or the receipt icon)

For customer / borrower / wallet, use the screen menu → Download PDF Report. For a receipt, tap the purple receipt icon on a payment card.
  3. Pick a date range

Customer and Wallet reports accept a custom range. Borrower report covers all loans. A Payment Receipt is per-payment.
  4. Wait for generation

Generation takes 1–2 seconds. VyajPay saves the PDF inside its own folder on your device (reports in /VyajPay, receipts in /VyajPay/Receipts).
  5. Share

The system share sheet opens. Pick WhatsApp, Email, Drive, or Save to Files.
